LOAN WATCH ROUND-UP | Philogene-Bidace scores first senior goal!

Birthday boy Jaden Philogene-Bidace scored his first senior goal in Stoke’s 3-0 home win against Swansea City.

There were also debuts for Kaine Kesler-Hayden and Matt Targett, and a first start for Aaron Ramsey following their January moves.

Anwat El Ghazi, Arjan Raikhy, Jed Steer, Louie Barry, Tyreik Wright, Finn Azaz and Filip Marschall were also in action – let’s find out how they all performed.

In other loan news Trézéguet has joined İstanbul Başakşehir on loan until the end of the season.

Jaden Philogene-Bidace

Jaden Philogene-Bidace scored his first senior goal of his career as Stoke City eased to a 3-0 victory over 10-man Swansea City.

Philogene-Bidace, celebrating his 20th birthday put Stoke City ahead from close range.

Matt Targett

Matt Targett made his debut and started for ‘The Magpies’ on home soil against Everton.

Targett put in a shift and played the full 90 minutes for Newcastle United in a big 3-1 win over fellow strugglers, Everton.

Anwar El Ghazi

El Ghazi was in the matchday squad for Frank Lampard’s first Premier League game, in charge of Everton. El Ghazi watched his side crumble to a 3-1 defeat by Newcastle United at St. James’s Park.

Jed Steer

Steer was an unused substitute as he watched his team Luton Town beat Barnsley 2-1 to move them closer to the Championship Play-Off places in 7th place.

Kaine Kesler-Hayden

Kesler-Hayden made his debut and started the game for MK Dons away at Fleetwood Town.

Hayden was competitive throughout and tried to push his team on to get the win until he was withdrawn from the action in the 72nd minute.

The game finished all square – Fleetwood Town 1 MK Dons 1.

Louie Barry

Louie Barry featured in the matchday squad for Swindon Town. However, he watched his team from the bench as they got beaten 3 goals to the nil by Tranmere Rovers.

Arjan Raikhy

Raikhy put in a shift for 81 minutes in the middle of the pitch for Grimsby Town as they played out a goalless draw against Kings Lynn.

Raikhy almost broke the deadlock early in the second half; firing over after finding some space.

Tyriek Wright

Wright started for Colchester and played just over an hour in their away loss to Mansfield.

Mansfield extended their unbeaten league run to 10 games – nine wins and a draw – as they finally saw off a stubborn Colchester 2-1.

Aaron Ramsey

Aaron Ramsey made his first start for Cheltenham Town with a solid display in the middle of the park.

Ransey would help his side beat Sunderland by 2 goals to 1 before being withdrawn in the 73rd minute.

Finn Azaz

Attacking Midfielder Finn Azaz played the whole 90 minutes for Newport County but was unable to help his side get a result against Northampton, losing 1-0 away from home.

Filip Marschall

Goalkeeper Marschall also started for Gateshead and kept a clean sheet as his team smashed Blyth Spartans 3-0 on home turf.
