Aston Villa beat the treble-winning Manchester City on a magical night at Villa Park to record their 14th consecutive home win in the Premier League.

EMILIANO MARTÍNEZ – 10
“Emi Martinez – the worlds number one!”
“An excellent double-stop to deny Erling Haaland in the first-half, although, it looks like the second was offside. Still – access denied Mr Haaland!”
DIEGO CARLOS – 10

PAU TORRES – 10

EZRI KONSA – 10+
“Positioned in the hybrid right-back role for the third game in a row; Konsa was insanely good!”
“His passing – assured, positioning – spot-on, and his one-on-one defending – The Very Best“.
LUCAS DIGNE – 10
“Always available for the out-ball on the left hand-side, and understands his positional role in this Emery set-up – when to advance and when it sit-back”.
